Boutique Hotel Palacio Santo Domingo

I loved this small hotel and stayed for 1 night here. Booked king room with central heating, a private safe and multi-channel TV. The location was unbeatable, not too far away from Plaza de la Hispanidad or Spain. It made my trip to Santo Domingo an really enjoyable experience.

Clean hotel, I appreciated staff and rooms. The restaurant was good for breakfast, I tried excellent dishes. It was neat and included a fairly clean bathroom.

The hotel was fairly clean and atmospheric, loved it. We had a comfortable bedroom. It had very central location close to Cathedral Primada de America.

All was clean, I loved very good location and rooms. Decent staff members were from the doorman.

Everything was great from the staff to the room, exceptionally comfortable bed and bright room. The continental breakfast had lots of food. Its location was very central, a short walk to Zona Colonial.

Well presented food and spectacular service provided with smiles. The rooms were absolutely gorgeous and fine. I visited an attached restaurant and appreciated the local meals they offer. Good pool area too.

Their staff were just terrible.

i loved staff and location. situated in an upscale area. also, plaza de la hispanidad or spain was max 15 minutes walk to. captivating view of ocean. amazing interior, small restaurant.

Truly memorable stay in the local area. Clean and impressive place with understanding staff. Cozy beds, warm rooms. The breakfast was hot with lots of meals. Beachfront location, at a short distance from mercado modelo market...

Facilities were superb, yet Wi-Fi signal was very weak.

The property was clean and cosy! The room we stayed in was bright and beautiful. We didn't have time and didn't try the pool, but it was great. Furthermore, parking on-site was a bonus. Very central location was a plus.

The place was classy and very nice old and the staff were highly professional, the location was ideal close to the old city centre. Excellent service too.

Enjoyable location and charming views. I loved Japacafe, that was 500 metres away and offered local food. Perfectly clean place and very good service. I had a MAGNIFICENT stay and would definitely return!

Room was fully renovated, exceptionally attentive staff. Lots of superb options for meal. I loved their early check in and the service was impeccable. Cold beers, coffee and cocktails in the English bar, complimentary parking place.

Spotless place with well furnished and well furnished rooms. I had additional requests, staff was genuine and was willing to help. The ambience felt really cozy and service was helpful.

The whole experience was very peaceful. The location was five star - the hotel looked impeccably clean. Really comfortable beds, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, a dining area and an iron with ironing board in the room. There were a supermarket and stores around the property.

Personable stuff & really pleasant location, everything was perfect. Food was different - plenty of options. The building itself was interesting with a beautiful garden. We used free wifi throughout the property a lot. Beautiful historical hotel, 16 miles from La Isabela International airport.

Had a relaxing time. The hotel was wonderful old with generous-sized rooms and I loved helpfull staff. Pleasant location, 5 minutes' walk to independencia park. Spacious enough suite and perfectly comfortable bed. Clean enough property, attentive service.

Free parking & helpful staff. We had a buffet breakfast there, the food was deliciuos. Moreover, we parked our car on-site. Great place to stay in Santo Domingo...

We appreciated the location and rooms. Furthermore, hotel provides Wi-Fi throughout the property. Had nice dainties at Akome Dominican, located feet from the property.

Noisy street, but can't fault the hotel.

The staff was kindly - we would love to come back here some time. The hotel's setting within walking distance of everything we wanted to explore, like mercado modelo. Nice design of the venue. The area contains some restaurants like Japacafe within 10 minutes' walk.

We appreciated boutique hotel palacio. The a sauna had everything you need.
